Meet Sarah
Brandt-Erichsen
Sarah Brandt-Erichsen
NEIGHBORHOOD EXPERT, GIG HARBOR
Sarah Brandt-Erichsen knows how real estate deals really get done, because she's been making them happen behind the scenes for nearly a decade. As Business Manager for Team Schulte & Co, she's handled the listings, the marketing, the contracts, and all the moving parts that turn a transaction into a smooth experience. Now she's working directly with clients, bringing all that operational know-how to the table.
After years of working alongside and learning from some of the best in the business, Sarah is ready to be the one guiding clients through the process — with clarity, confidence, and a sharp eye for detail that never misses.
Before real estate, Sarah spent 10+ years leading retail teams and building lasting client relationships. She knows the South Sound inside and out, from the neighborhoods to the nuances of what makes each property special. And when it comes to historic homes and old craftsman charmers? She doesn't just appreciate them—she's owned two, so she knows exactly what to look for, what questions to ask, and what those homes really need.
Sarah lives in Gig Harbor with her 9-year-old son and their three-legged rescue doodle, Ricky (named after Def Leppard's one-armed drummer). When she's not working, she's cheering from the sidelines, binge-watching true crime docs, reading thrillers, or supporting the Seattle Reign as a die-hard women's soccer fan.
She'll show up prepared, follow through on every detail, and probably have a great playlist ready. That's just how she works.
